We support all major international trade terms. Confirm your preferred Incoterm at the time of quotation.

FOB
Free On Board
Most common for India exports. We load goods onto the vessel at the port. Buyer arranges freight and insurance from port onward.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
We cover cost, insurance and freight to destination port. Buyer handles import customs and delivery from port.
CFR
Cost & Freight
We cover cost and freight to destination port. Buyer arranges marine insurance independently.
EXW
Ex Works
Goods available at our Bhavnagar warehouse. Buyer arranges all logistics from the warehouse onward.

Mundra Port
Gujarat (Primary)
India's largest private port. Excellent weekly services to Europe, USA, and Middle East. 90 km from Bhavnagar. Preferred for FCL shipments.
Pipavav Port
Gujarat (Secondary)
APSEZ operated port with strong connections to Mediterranean and North European ports. 60 km from Bhavnagar.
Nhava Sheva (JNPT)
Maharashtra
India's busiest container port near Mumbai. Used for certain trade lanes and buyer preferences. Available on request.
Payment

Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to suit first-time and repeat buyers alike.

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
For new buyers: 100% advance payment before dispatch. For established repeat buyers: 30% advance + 70% against copy of Bill of Lading.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
LC at sight accepted from reputable international banks. Preferred for large orders from new buyers. Standard LC terms apply.
Other Methods
Western Union and other methods available for sample payments. Please contact our export team to discuss terms suitable for your requirements.

Note for First-Time Buyers: We understand the need to build trust before placing large orders. We welcome trial orders from 500 kg with 100% advance payment. Once a business relationship is established, we can discuss extended payment terms.

Export Documents We Provide

All documentation required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance is prepared in-house and verified before dispatch.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Batch-specific lab report covering moisture, mesh, microbiology, pesticide residue and heavy metals.
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
Full product specifications: physical, chemical, microbiological parameters and storage conditions.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by Plant Quarantine authority. Mandatory for most food export destinations worldwide.
Certificate of Origin
Issued by APEDA / Chamber of Commerce. Confirms product origin as India for preferential duty treatment.
Packing List
Detailed list of cartons, net weight, gross weight, dimensions and marks for each shipment.
Commercial Invoice
Itemised invoice with HS Code, unit price, total value, buyer and seller details for customs.
Bill of Lading (BL)
Issued by the shipping line. Serves as contract of carriage and title document for the shipment.
MSDS / SDS
Material Safety Data Sheet covering safe handling, storage and hazard information for each product.
Halal Certificate
Available on request for buyers in Middle East and Muslim-majority markets. Please enquire in advance.

MOQ & Sample Policy

Free Samples
250–500g per product, free for qualified buyers. Dispatched within 48 hours of request. Courier charges borne by buyer. Full COA included.
Trial Orders
From 25 kg available for first-time buyers. Standard commercial MOQ is 500 kg per product.
Full Container Loads
20ft and 40ft FCL containers available. Mixed container loads accepted for multiple products.
